Hello and good bye in french

When you are in France, it is very difficult to conversate with native french speaker.as you get into a taxi, go into shop,at railway station. You will exchange a bonjour ( good morning and good afternoon) bonsoir ( good evening) bonne nuit ( good night). Depending on the time of day. You can add salut( hi) to give a more informal greeting.when meeting friends and relatives, you may exchange two, three bisous( kiss), depending on the region you are in.
Like wise when you leave or get out after you have done your work you will greet and say, au revoir ( goodbye), à bientôt (see you soon) , à plus tard ( see you later) .
Sometimes you can say enchanté (Nice to meet you), Ravi de vous connaître (happy to know you)
